I agree to be bound by the CTS Lite End User and License (EULA) Agreement and Warranty. I further expressly agree not to violate the terms of the individual or corporate annual seat licenses. I understand that any attempt to bypass the time or geographic location limits of the annual seat licenses will result in immediate forfeiture of all rights and privileges to use, store or transmit any and all past, present or future CTS Lite seat licenses, test results or reports and will result in denying me the purchase or sale of any and all past and future CTS Lite software, products or services.
